Visit to Grand Hyatt Hong Kong x HKUST Students

We were grateful that Grand Hyatt Hong Kong arranged an informative visit for the HKUST students on 9 Mar. Mr. Gerhard Passrugger, the Executive Chef of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, inspired the students by sharing his insights and experiences in food recycling. The students also learnt a lot about CSR and sustainability work in the hospitality industry.
